CORATINA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
“Coratina” olive, an Apulian variety from the north of Bari, gives our oil an intense, pleasantly spicy and bitter taste.
These strong notes are due to the presence of antioxidant polyphenols, that make our oil a nutraceutical food, with beneficial and protective properties.
It has an intense green color with golden reflections and goes well with raw vegetables, mixed legume soups, tomato salads, grilled meats and aged hard cheeses.
PERANZANA EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
“Peranzana” olive, a typical variety of the province of Foggia, gives the oil a sweet taste, with an aftertaste of artichoke and tomato.
Delicate and harmonious, with notes of light spicy and bitter of medium intensity. Excellent for bruschetta, legume soups, fish.
It can be used also for the preparation of desserts.
